"Not receiving a charge from St. Jude is a gift." By this time, we would have been drowning in debt. "What St. Jude provides for the families is incredible," says Ricky, Devyn's father, a St. Jude patient.

Devyn's parents realized her left eye wasn't concentrating when she was four months old. They informed the doctor about it during her regular appointment, and he sent them to an eye doctor. Devyn's parents were informed that she had eye cancer in her left eye, and she was referred to St. Jude. Her left eye and eyesight were spared because to the treatment she underwent at St. Jude. Devyn and her family were able to return to Mississippi and will visit St. Jude for follow-up appointments.
